  • Children aged 5–7 are energetic, curious, and full of imagination. They love to run, laugh, and discover things through play — but they also need patience, routine, and encouragement. At this age, emotions run high, and confidence can change quickly.

  • Our coaches turn learning into a game. Sessions are short, fun, and filled with variety. Every drill is packed with movement, color, and creativity — and we celebrate every small win. Most importantly, we teach with kindness and care.

  • They leave each session feeling happy, involved, and proud. They learn how to follow basic rules, listen to a coach, and move with the ball. More than football, they build joy, routine, and the first sparks of teamwork.

  • At 8–9 years old, kids are more focused, competitive, and eager to prove themselves — but they still need structure and praise. They start comparing themselves with others and begin to understand the idea of "improving" in a skill. Many children at this age love football more seriously and want to get better, but they still enjoy laughing and celebrating even the small things.

  • We start to bring structure into their training without taking away the fun. Sessions involve more technical drills (like passing combinations, dribbling under pressure, and shooting) while keeping excitement high with team games and competitions. Coaches focus on listening, teamwork, and building trust — pushing gently while making each child feel seen and valued.

  • They gain stronger football technique and start understanding their strengths. They leave training feeling more "like a player" — proud of their growth. At this stage, kids begin forming real friendships through football, learning to win together, lose together, and show respect. They also begin to think more tactically: where to be, what to do, and how to support a teammate.

  • At 11–12, players begin to see football as more than just a game — they want to get serious. They become more aware of how they perform compared to teammates, and their emotional reactions can swing between high motivation and self-doubt. This is a key age for identity building: they want to belong, contribute, and feel valued. Attention spans improve, and they start asking deeper questions about the game.

  • We challenge them with more structured and demanding sessions while still allowing freedom to express themselves. Players are introduced to more position-specific drills, tactical patterns, and decision-making in real-time. Coaches balance correction and encouragement carefully. We start including video reviews, guided discussions, and more responsibilities during training to grow leadership and understanding.

  • They develop stronger self-awareness and pride in their football progress. They begin to see how hard work pays off and how to apply feedback to improve. Players at this stage leave with improved confidence, stronger discipline, and a better sense of their role in a team. Many also start to dream seriously about playing at higher levels — and we help them shape that dream with real support.

  • At 13–14, players start to see football as part of their identity. They care deeply about performance, recognition, and team status — yet their confidence can still rise and fall quickly. This is an age of transition: bodies change, focus improves, and competition feels more real. Many are ready to be pushed further but still need emotional support and mentorship. Relationships with teammates and coaches become more meaningful, and their voice starts to matter more in the team.

  • We raise the bar technically, physically, and tactically. Sessions include more structured tactical drills, transition play, position-specific responsibilities, and fitness conditioning. Coaches mentor players both on and off the pitch, offering feedback and emotional guidance. Players are encouraged to take ownership of their role, make decisions, lead communication, and reflect on their performance. This is also when video analysis, match reviews, and performance tracking become more regular.

  • Players leave this phase with sharper football skills and deeper tactical awareness. More importantly, they start seeing themselves as serious athletes. They grow in discipline, leadership, self-control, and teamwork — learning to manage pressure, support peers, and take responsibility. It’s also the phase where some players begin preparing for semi-professional pathways, and we help them move forward with structure and confidence.

  • Players aged 15–17 are in a defining phase. Many are now thinking seriously about their future in football — whether it's playing at a professional level, earning scholarships, or simply reaching their full potential. At this stage, players are physically stronger, more focused, and emotionally more aware. They want structure, challenges, and to be treated like adults — but still benefit from guidance and encouragement. Some face pressure from school, family, or expectations — and our role is to help them stay balanced.

  • We treat them like athletes. Training includes advanced tactical systems, video analysis, positional training, physical conditioning, and mental strength work. Sessions are intense and competitive. Coaches offer feedback like mentors — honest, direct, but always constructive. Players are involved in match planning, review, and reflection. They are encouraged to take initiative, support younger players, and become leaders on and off the pitch.

  • They leave this phase stronger — technically, physically, and mentally. They understand how to prepare like a professional, manage pressure, and recover from setbacks. They learn discipline, leadership, communication, and ownership. Whether they continue into football or not, they gain skills and confidence that prepare them for life. And for those with talent and ambition, we open doors: trials, scouting connections, and a path toward the next level.

Age-Based Football Training Programs in Dubai

Why Age-Based Football Training Matters

Every young athlete grows at their own pace—physically, mentally, and emotionally. That’s why one-size-fits-all football training doesn’t work. At ABC Sport Academy, we tailor every session to the age group and development stage of the player. This method ensures:

  • Faster skill acquisition

  • Reduced risk of injury

  • Increased engagement and enjoyment

  • Proper integration into age-appropriate competitions

By aligning training intensity, tactics, and communication to the age of the player, we help young footballers thrive with confidence.

Our Program Levels
Whether your child is just discovering football or preparing for professional club trials, we offer the right program for every stage:

U6 – Fundamentals and Fun
At this level, we focus on basic coordination, ball familiarity, and a love for movement. Sessions include fun-based drills, mini-games, and parent-friendly scheduling. It’s the perfect start for ages 4 to 6.

U10 – Core Skills & Teamwork
Ages 7 to 10 begin learning ball control and passing, simple tactical concepts, and understanding roles in a team. We prioritize making football enjoyable while building discipline and cooperation.

U14 – Tactical Development
For players aged 11 to 14, we begin structured team dynamics: game intelligence and movement, defensive/offensive systems, and decision-making in match scenarios. We introduce small-sided games and foster competitive spirit.

U18 – Pre-Professional Preparation
At this level, we work with serious athletes aged 15 to 18 who may seek professional futures. The training includes position-specific instruction, advanced conditioning, tactical video analysis, and mentorship on trials, nutrition, and mindset.

How We Compare to Top Academies (LaLiga, Juventus, Real Madrid)
While global brands like LaLiga Academy, Juventus, or Real Madrid Academy bring prestige, ABC Sport Academy offers localized, high-quality, and consistent coaching from former professionals like Coach Abdolali Changiz—at a fraction of the cost. Plus, our commitment is not just to train—but to transfer players to UAE clubs and beyond through our strong network.
